1. What BeTest Academy is

BeTest Academy is a free, gamified learning platform: courses organized into subjects and modules, with lessons, tests, and games to help you study and retain what you learn. It's provided for educational and personal-interest purposes only — it does not grant any official qualification, certification, or professional credential, even where a course includes a printable "certificate" of completion.

2. Accuracy of content

We do our best to keep course content accurate and to cite sources, but some material may be incomplete, simplified for learning purposes, or contain mistakes. Content is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy or completeness. If you spot an error, please report it via the contact page — we're glad to fix it.

3. Accounts

Creating an account is optional and only needed to sync your progress across devices. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Create only one account per person, and use a real, working email address so we can reach you if needed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract course content or question banks;
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the platform outside normal browsing;
• Attempt to access another user's account or data, or disrupt the platform's availability;
• Use the contact form or any other input to submit unlawful, abusive, or spam content.

5. Intellectual property

Course content, illustrations, and the platform's design are either original or used with proper attribution (credited where shown, such as historical images). You may use the platform for your own learning and study, but may not republish, resell, or redistribute course content in bulk without permission.

6. Availability and changes

BeTest Academy is an ongoing, evolving project. Features, courses, and content may be added, changed, or removed at any time, and the service may occasionally be unavailable (for maintenance or otherwise) without notice. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided free of charge and "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on its content for exams, coursework, or professional decisions.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
